With three weeks remaining, the crowdfunding campaign for my play Entitlement at the Summerworks Theatre Festival in August has raised as much money as I'd hoped from crowdfunding AND putting on a fundraising event.
Fundraising events cost money to set up, so instead of using those funds to raise money that the crowdfunding campaign has raised, it's going to go on stage - for a better set.
Those who were hoping to attend the fundraising event, please consider contributing to the crowdfunding campaign, especially as you can gain access to "a mysterious missing video of a big guy smoking crack in front of a Ford to the Entitlement rap" as a perk for a $10 contribution!
